All products are made from OPC cement, with or without white beeswax candle filling, with or without wood or cotton wicks. Item is unpainted with any colour whatsoever.

 

Items with candles ordered, will be sealed with a beeswax coating to prevent leaking or smoking when in use. All necessary precautions will be implemented to ensure a non-defective vessel, but unforeseen circumstances or conditions are out of the control of Mulkana Investments CC.

  • All orders are subject to supplier confirmation and availability.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, your only remedy is a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Namibian Dollars (N$).

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and confirmed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment gateway delays

  • Bank processing times

  • Additional bank or transaction fees

5. Shipping, Sourcing & Delivery

  • Products may require cross-border sourcing, which can affect delivery timelines.

  • Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by suppliers, customs, or couriers are beyond our control

  • Extended delivery times do not qualify for refunds or cancellations

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. No Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

This is due to the nature of sourcing and supplier procurement processes that begin immediately after purchase.

7. Refunds & Returns (Strict Policy)

  • We do not offer refunds, except where: An item is confirmed out of stock after purchase

  • Returns are only accepted where: The item is damaged upon arrival, or the item has a verified manufacturing defect

  • We do not accept returns for: Change of mind Incorrect selection by the customer Delays in delivery Minor variations in product appearance

8. Inspection & Claims

  • Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

  • Any claims for damage or defects must be submitted within [24–48 hours] with clear evidence.

Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the claim being automatically rejected.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.

  • Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 working days, depending on payment confirmation. Please note that delays may occur due to manufacturing which is entirely beyond our control. Certain supplier orders may take longer to arrive.

  • The exact delivery time will depend on the courier service and your location within Namibia.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed, and paid in full, after 15:00 on Fridays will only be processed on the following Monday.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to most towns across Namibia.

5. Shipping Fees

  • A flat shipping fee of N$90 applies to all orders.
