All products are made from OPC cement, with or without white beeswax candle filling, with or without wood or cotton wicks. Item is unpainted with any colour whatsoever.

Items with candles ordered, will be sealed with a beeswax coating to prevent leaking or smoking when in use. All necessary precautions will be implemented to ensure a non-defective vessel, but unforeseen circumstances or conditions are out of the control of Mulkana Investments CC.

1. Overview

We aim to ensure that your order is delivered safely and within a reasonable timeframe. Please review our shipping terms below.

2. Orders Within Namibia

• A courier service arranged by us will collect your parcel. Delivery will be made to your PO Box, residence or place of work.

• Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 working days, depending on payment confirmation. Please note that delays may occur due to manufacturing which is entirely beyond our control. Certain supplier orders may take longer to arrive.

• The exact delivery time will depend on the courier service and your location within Namibia.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Orders placed, and paid in full, after 15:00 on Fridays will only be processed on the following Monday.

4. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver to most towns across Namibia.

5. Shipping Fees

• A flat shipping fee of N$90 applies to all orders.

• This fee will be added at checkout before you enter your shipping details.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services

• Customs clearance processes

• Manufacturing processes

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We do not offer refunds for any products purchased, except in the following case:

• If an item you ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock after your purchase has been completed.

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method for the item/items.

3. Returns Policy (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

We only accept returns under strict conditions.

You may request a return or replacement only if:

• The item received is damaged, or

• The item has a verified manufacturing fault (defect).

This aligns with standard ecommerce practice where returns are typically limited to defective goods rather than change-of-mind purchases

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within [24–48 hours] of receiving your order

• The item must be unused and in original condition

• The item must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

• Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect must be provided

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, misused, or altered

• The damage is caused by improper handling after delivery

(These exclusions are standard in policies, where only true manufacturing defects qualify for returns)
